The Moore Family: Hatley Castle Family Portraits

Debra contacted me about taking her family portrait. Her second oldest son was leaving to serve as a missionary, and she would have her whole family of six kids together for just one weekend before he left. All week leading up to our shoot, the forecast was for rain and snow. And the weather was just as predicted. Knowing how important this was to her, and that there was only one day to take these pictures, I was getting stressed. I can honestly say prayer works. We met at Hatley Castle for their session under clear blue skies.

Five boys in seven years. Debra is my new hero. And darling Clara holds her own. Everyone will miss Connor. Debra wanted a picture with each of her children. I love this! And now I want a picture with my mom, and with each of my kids.
